This policy explains how I, Omar Rarou, trading as THERARE-MARKETING ("I", "me", "my"), handle data through my Meta Marketing API application ("the App").

What the App does

The App connects to the Meta Marketing API to read and manage advertising accounts for businesses that grant me access. I use it to run, manage, and report on advertising campaigns for my clients.

Data I access

With the account owner's permission, the App accesses Meta advertising account data, including campaigns, ad sets, ads, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, and related insights. I only access accounts the owner has explicitly granted me access to.

How I use it

I use this data only to deliver the advertising services I was engaged for: campaign setup, management, and reporting. I do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

Data sharing

I do not sell advertising data. I do not share it with third parties except where required to provide the service, for example Meta as the platform provider, or sub-processors I use to do the work.

Data retention

I keep advertising data only as long as needed to provide and report on my services. Account owners can revoke my access at any time from their Meta Business settings.
